The Gala Dinner will be held in the grand ballroom at The Novotel Langley Plaza Hotel.
This is a change from the original plan to hold it on a floating restaurant.
It will include 3 course plated menu with alternate drop and an upgraded wine list,
There will be a DJ and a dance floor.
The venue is across the road from the IBD hotel, and does not have the limits on numbers or access for people with mobility issues.
Since we will not need to use buses, people can leave early if they wish.
