How can I pay for my bookings?

When you register, book an event or order something from the store the items are added to a cart. you can view the cart from links on many screens or via the my account menu. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Payment can be made from the cart screen via Visa or Mastercard. Your bank may apply charges for this.

Please ensure you have sufficient funds to cover the payment and that you bank is aware that you will be using your credit card in Australia.

I have a question about the post IBD tours. If I were to take part in the Rottnest Island tour and the South West tour, is the hotel stay for the night of 14 October to 15 October included?

The Rottnest tour is a day trip and the price covers only the Ferry and the entrance fee.. You will need accommodation for Monday night (unless taking a late flight) and to pay for your food, and any activities on the Island.

The Southwest tour includes accommodation for Tuesday and Wednesday night in Busselton and meals from Tuesday lunch to Thursday lunch, but you will need to book your own place for Thursday night (unless taking a late flight) .

I need an invitation letter for a visa. How can I get one?

The Australian Chair can supply this. Email him at chair@mensa.org.au if you have had similar letters before, please attach an example.

What is the process for booking the accommodation? Do we make our own booking or is it done for us?

Official delegates will have their accommodation booked from Thursday 10th to Monday morning on 14th October. (Excomm from Wednesday night)

Delegates wanting to book additional days at the same rate and other members who want to stay at the main hotel, need to book the Pan Pacific as described on the hotels menu. There is also a block booking for the cheaper, 4 star Novotel hotel across the road. You can also look at Air BNB, hostels or other hotels, but these may require daily travel to events.
